We have all the state-of -the-art equipment (electrofishing survey boat, liming barge ) full time fisheries biologist with many years of experience.
The first step that we take in pond or lake management is lake assessment.  A very important part of lake assessment is to determine  the condition of a lake and we do that with the use of a fish population survey.   This survey notes the  relevant physical characteristics of the lake, notes all aquatic weeds found and includes a  pond water analysis.  You will recieve a written  comprehensive management plan with all our findings and  recommendations based on the survey. This will give you the insight you need to make informed decisions in the management of your pond or lake.We will work with the land owner to assess goals in order to have the pond of their dreams.

To measure a fish, measure from the tip of the nose
with a closed mouth to the end of the tail.
Scales for the weigh can be purchased at most sporting good store.

To calculate your fish and to compare the normal growth it should be:
Use the table above, find your fish's weight and go to your fish length.
Your catch is 15 inches in length and weighs 1.5 lbs.
Divide the weigh of your fish by 1.8 ( table 15 in. fish weight 1.8 lbs. )
                 your fish 1.5 lbs. / 1.8 lbs. = 0.83 %
90 % and up
 Pond in good condition
80%-89%
 pond need work
75%-79%
 pond in poor condition
50%-74%
 pond in very poor condition
